2021 Rates
$200.00/hour per party.
- There is no hourly minimum for ZOOM mediations.
- There is a 3-hour minimum charge for IN-PERSON mediations.
- A non-refundable minimum deposit of $500.00 per party is required at least 72 hours prior to IN-PERSON mediations for Monroe County.

Unless a different arrangement is made between the parties, the mediation fees/costs will be divided equally between the participating parties.
Cancellations
Due to the difficulty of scheduling and filling vacancies on short notice, mediations that are cancelled less than two (2) business days prior to the scheduled date will be assessed a two (2) hour cancellation fee (at the billing rate listed above) by the cancelling party.
General FAQ
- Mediations are available by ZOOM or IN-PERSON.
- We do not charge scheduling or administrative fees.
- Time for review of submitted materials, attendance on pre- or post-mediation telephone calls or for any other services requested by the parties are billed at the base hourly rate.
- There is no travel time charged for mediations held in Broward, Palm Beach or Miami-Dade counties.
